1. Artistic Production & Global Logistics
At Studio Ghioldi Rosano, we blend artisanal design with global efficiency. All our artworks, including our standard 18 x 24″ (45.7 x 60.9 cm) format, are created and supervised at our studio in Uruguay. To ensure you receive your art quickly and safely in Europe or the USA, we utilize local production centers through our partner Printful. This reduces wait times and minimizes carbon emissions from transport.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
The process consists of two phases:
- Fulfillment (Production) Phase: Each piece is printed on-demand exclusively for you. This process takes between 2 to 5 business days.
- Shipping Phase (Transit):
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days.
- USA & Canada: 5 to 10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.
Note: The order cutoff time for same-day processing is 4:00 PM (Uruguay Time).
3. Shipping Costs & Special Offer
- Free Shipping (Special Promotion): We offer free shipping exclusively for 18 x 24″ (45.7 x 60.9 cm) artworks with a destination within European territory.
- Rest of the World & Other Sizes: For orders outside of Europe or different dimensions, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout (based on Printful rates) before finalizing payment.
- Taxes and Customs: Shipments to the European Union and the USA generally include applicable taxes. For other destinations, the customer is responsible for any local import duties or taxes if required.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves the production center, we will send you an email with a Tracking ID so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
