1. 30-Day Return Policy
At Studio Ghioldi Rosano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for items that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging completely sealed.
- Exchanges: Due to our on-demand printing process, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
2. Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase:
- You must notify us at hello@ghioldirosano.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Logistics: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products (Quality Guarantee)
If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
- How to report: Please email us at hello@ghioldirosano.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging (including the shipping label).
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item remains in its original, unopened packaging.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
