​At GhioldiRosano Studio, we don’t have a warehouse full of mass-produced items. Every time you click “purchase,” a unique process begins: a high-quality 45 x 60 cm (18 x 24″) canvas is printed, hand-stretched, and framed specifically for you.
​Because each piece is made-to-order, we want to be very clear about how our guarantee works and how we protect your investment.
​Our “Perfect Arrival” Guarantee
​Our biggest priority is that the art arrives in your hands exactly as we envisioned it in our studio. If the journey from the workshop to your door is a bit rough, we’ve got your back.
​We will replace your artwork at no cost if:
- ​The frame arrives broken or dented.
- ​The canvas has any punctures or tears.
- ​There is a clear manufacturing defect in the print.
​How to claim:
To make this process fast and easy, we simply ask for clear photos of the damage and the packaging immediately after unboxing. This allows us to handle the claim with our logistics partners and send you a brand-new replacement without delay.
​Why We Don’t Accept Returns for “Change of Heart”
​Art is deeply personal and subjective. A piece of abstract art might spark a debate, a reflection, or a smile—and that is the beauty of it. However, because our works are custom-made pieces and not mass-market stock, we cannot accept returns based on:
