Refund and Returns Policy

1. Policy Overview

At Studio Ghioldi Rosano, every piece of art is printed on-demand exclusively for you after your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of our products (including our standard 18 x 24″ / 45.7 x 60.9 cm prints), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer errors in size selection.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products (Quality Guarantee)

Our priority is for you to receive your art in perfect condition. We offer a free replacement or a full refund if:

  • The product arrives physically damaged due to shipping.
  • There is a clear printing error or the design does not match what was ordered.
  • The size received is not the one you purchased.

How to proceed: You must email us at hello@ghioldirosano.com within 14 days of delivery, attaching clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging with the shipping label visible.

3. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In compliance with EU regulations, items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (on-demand printing) are generally exempt from the general right of withdrawal, unless they have manufacturing defects. However, at Studio Ghioldi Rosano, we evaluate each case individually to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Lost Packages or Incorrect Addresses

  • Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an insufficient address, the package will be returned to the production center. The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming the correct address.
  • Lost Packages: For claims regarding packages lost in transit, you must notify us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
